Glencoe Highland Holidays currently has a 3 bed room (part furnished) beautiful loch side property available for  long term letting from the beginning of February 2010, available at a cost of £750 per month plus council tax and communal charges, full bank references required.  2 months deposit for breakages i.e. £1500, we will also require three references giving recommendations from third parties assuring us of your past history of renting etc, a short assured tenancy will be required, all legal costs incurred in relation to the short assured tenancy will be payable by successful tenant.

This property is strictly non smoking and no pets will be permitted, please note;  noted in the tenancy agreement will be a restriction that only 4 persons will be allowed to reside at this property at any one time amongst other exclusions.   There is also private secure car parking for two cars only.
