We have 3 properties for long letting in Fort William. Two semi detached properties with two bedrooms and we have one smaller terraced property which has one bedroom. Although we have no vacancies at present, all are on short assured tenancies but please e-mail for any future availability. We would need your telephone number, details of the number of people you are looking to accommodate and also if you have any pets.

We will require two references and a bank reference for proof of income(sorry no DSS) you will also be responsible for any fees in connection with a short assured tenancy with our lawyer which is approx £150.00 we will also require two months rental income as a deposit which will be refunded to you at the end of your tenancy after the property has been checked and found to have been left in the same condition as you first received it, ( fair wear and tear accepted) with no major damage.

We charge £600 per month for each 2 bedroom house and £495 per month for our one bedroom terraced property
